Collegeview Stormwater Improvements

The Collegeview Stormwater Improvements Project was designed to reduce flood risk in Elmhurst’s College View flood problem area. The project involved creating flood storage and installing relief sewers within open space areas adjacent to York Community High School.

By providing a dedicated location to safely detain stormwater, the project significantly improves local flood protection while preserving the site's recreational use.
