The Carpentersville Riverfront Park project transformed a blighted commercial property into a revitalized green space as part of a larger vision for a future entertainment park. The project included 1,000 feet of shoreline stabilization along the Fox River, a major regional waterway. During construction, contaminated soils were discovered and safely removed, allowing the team to maintain a strict completion schedule.
